Nut Free Recipes 

Welcome to Nut Free Wok, home of Sharon Wong’s Asian inspired nut free recipes. At various times we’ve also avoided egg, shellfish, sesame, plus other non-top 8 fruits and vegetables due to multiple food allergies. I know what it’s like to avoid an overwhelming number of allergens and whenever possible I will include suggestions on how to further adapt recipes.

Most of the recipes will be Asian inspired but since we like to eat everything, sometimes I will share some of our family’s favorite dishes for my husband and sons’ reference. I’m working on organizing my site so that the recipes are easier to find, but the table below is still a work in progress, please bear with me, thanks!
